Pedro Guzman Muñoz

You may find yourself asking if Pedro Guzman Muñoz is Too Short to Serve after this...

Pedro is a law-breaking illegal infiltrator into the United States. Family members, who new that he was a law-breaking illegal infiltrator, harbored this criminal in their house (I wont call it a "home," for reasons you will soon realize), where their 10-year old daughter lives.

You know where this is going. Don't you?

The Valley Morning Star reports that 21-year old Pedro Guzman Muñoz is now the subject of a police search, following the routine medical examination of his 10-year old half-sister in which she turned out to be 3 months pregnant.

The 10-year old informed the Children's Advocacy Center staff that her 21-year old half-brother, Pedro Guzman Muñoz, had raped her. Pharr (TX) Police Lt. Guadalupe Salinas indicated they believed the sexual assaults had been going on for six months, unbeknownst to her parents. [KGBT TV reports the parents may have known and are protecting their son over their daughter].

Child Protective Services, who "cares" for children, has released the 10-year old girl back to her parents who harbor law-breaking illegal infiltrators in their ... house.

Pedro Guzman Muñoz could be innocent of this new charge, but he has gone missing in light of these charges. We may find out there were additional abusers, or a different one. So, in that case, let's make Pedro Guzman Muñoz a deal...

If he's innocent of the rapes of his 10-year old relative, then let's give him his citizenship. It's the least we can do for dragging his name through the mud after illegally infiltrating our country.

If he's guilty, let's hope he's taller than 5'1". In Sidney, NE, a man found guilty of sexually assaulting a child was given only 10 years of probation because the judge said the attacker was too small to survive in prison. If Pedro Guzman Muñoz is guilty, then let him rot in the general population of our most inhospitable penitentiary. May his "indefensible size" be damned.

Interesting how these criminal's victims are too small to defend themselves, but that is precisely what gets them out of paying the price when they're caught.

So, if Pedro Guzman Muñoz is guilty and runs free, then isn't his 10-year old pregnant half-sister the one being punished while Pedro stalks other 10-year old girls?

For those who suppose that these law breakers are getting a bum rap and deserve their citizenship, despite the fact that they began their lives in the US as law-breakers, then please - please house them in YOUR neighborhood and in YOUR house. If after 90 days you aren't completely satisfied, you CAN NOT return your law-breaker and get your daughter's innocence back.

So, who's interested in housing a disenfranchised undocumented worker?!
