why the left fails

Gun-Toting Liberal is one of the few Liberal blogs I read on a daily basis, In fact in my newsreader he isn't in the Liberal folder but the one named Favorites, I don't agree with him on very many issues but I do agree with him on a few. One of the things that I truly enjoy about his writing is that he isn't affraid to let loose on other Liberals when they screw the pooch. Case in point is his recent post about the left side of the blogosphere and how they are a very exclusive club that will not highlight or link to another Liberal blog unless the former is in total agreement with the latter.

The lefty bloggosphere in general is BLOWING it by eliminating we Red State bloggers from their little “round table”. In the “Red States”, we work our asses off for “the man”, we were born and raised with respect for guns and God, and a little bit of sensible wealth redistribution if we lean a little left. We’re vocally pissed off at President Bush and the neocons; we despise the urinating on our Constitution by the far right; we despise the Wal-Mart business model; Vice President Cheney riles us until we are ready to throw something against the wall; we believe Ann Coulter represents exactly what is wrong with America today; we despise what The Rumster has done to our military; we believe our country ought to start paying it’s damned bills instead of running up the deficit; we think it’s insane to keep flooding our courts and our prisons with potheads, hookers and johns; we cannot fathom a Senator Hillary Roddham Clinton Presidency because she has expressed that Alabama should be removed from the Presidential election process by eliminating the Electoral College; many of us believe that Senator Russ Feingold (WI) would make a fantastic President; and we despise when the greedy corporations just pave over our wetlands and build big box retailers on top of them.

He is right and that is why the Left fails. Which is good news for conservatives.
