I am on vacation so I decided to take a break from the Political for a few days and do something fun and relaxing. I don't think there has ever been a caption Contest here at the Red Voice so I decided to do one today. This Picture is prime for a good caption. Have fun with it.

Shrinkage Man. Peter Parker's bastard brother is also able to scale buildings. Unfortunately, the only place on his body that contains the needed filaments requies him to be naked to do so. Naturally, this has hampered his crime fighting effectiveness as people are generally repulsed by his appearance on the scene, and scaling buildings in the winter is all but impossible.
