Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin and their opportunistic anything-for-partisan-gain sympathizers want to know where the beef was...
Perhaps they should ask Blanco and Nagin, who are responsible for blocking The Red Cross from delivering aid to victims - apparently because they wanted to discourage citizens from staying even though they did nothing to assist them to leave during the "mandatory" evacuation.
Although the Red Cross had pre-positioned aid trucks, but the Louisiana Department of Homeland Security disallowed entry to the Red Cross immediately after the storm passed.
Even the guests at Club Gitmo enjoy more access to the Red Cross, than do the people still in New Orleans!
