Dems Blame Bush Tax Cuts for Flooding
Somehow, some way, Bush had to be blamed for some aspect of this hurricane. The dems cannot claim that he summoned the Gods and said, " Let there be flooding and destruction in New Orleans and let it be caused by a hurricane named.....Katrina!" so therefore they must search and scrape in order to find this.
