I had never been to a SEAL memorial before. Of course I have had many friends die in training and combat, but I was never able to attend any of their services. So when 11 Frogmen died at 8,000 feet in the Hindu Kush, I felt compelled to attend one of the memorial services.

In another Link worthy post today i cam across this post from Blackfive that points the way to a Lance Armstrong video where he is saying thank you to the SEALS.
I have always liked Lance as an athelete but never knew that much about his attitude off the bike. He gets a whole other level of respect from me from now on.
