As some of you already know, Planned Parenthood, the National Abortion Federation, and their leftist political agenda, which endangers children, is a subject near and dear to my heart. With three fabulous and beautiful daughters, the thought of PP or NAF stealing my right and responsibility as a parent is loathesome at best, criminal at most.
Life Dynamics recently conducted an investigation into PP's and NAF's practices regarding victims of child molestation and came up with some very disturbing results. Every state in the union requires healthcare workers, by law, report any suspected child abuse they may be made aware of. But, that is not what is happening in an astounding 90% of Planned Parenthood clinics.
Astoundingly, in over 90% of calls by a 13-year-old girl claiming to be pregnant by a 22-year-old, the caller was coached on how to avoid detection.
The results of this survey were appalling. Even though many of these clinic workers openly acknowledged to our caller that this situation was illegal and that they were required to report it to the state, the overwhelming majority readily agreed to conceal this illegal sexual activity.
The details regarding the instructions the "child" received can be found here. It is disturbing to say the least. Lest there be doubters out there, all of the phone conversations in which PP coached the "child" on how to circumvent the law, or circumvented the law themselves, were taped.
Despite the widespread abuses by both PP and NAF, only two states have opened criminal investigations, Kansas and Indiana. Both have subpoenaed the records of clinics for evidence of child rape and illegal abortions. Planned Parenthood of Indiana, in response, attempted to sue in order to prevent criminal investigators from accessing those records, calling Indiana's subpoenae a "fishing expedition." Fortunately, based on the evidence, the judge ruled against PP, which is appealing the decision.
That decision whould make the going a little easier for Kansas, where PP has said in public that it refuses to comply with the law.
Abortion clinic representatives in Kansas have even gone so far as to openly declare in published reports that they will not comply with the state's mandatory reporting laws.
In what I believe is an unrelated case, the parents of a 13-year-old girl in Ohio are also suing PP for their pro-child rape practices.
What is truly astounding is the lack of attention this investigation is receiving from the feminist movement. Underage girls are being raped by men and cornered into abortions and they say nothing. Like their reaction to the Bill Clinton escapades, feminists have once again proven that, as long as you walk the walk, all bets regarding actual behavior are off. In fact, the left as a whole is utterly silent about PP and NAF's criminal behavior.
PP and the NAF receive millions in taxpayer funds each year, only to turn around and thumb their nose at the laws also dictated by those taxpayers. PP is even showing handsome profits from the practice of abortion.
In 2002-2003, Planned Parenthood reported profits of $36.6 million, and received $254.4 million in taxpayer funds. How much of that taxpayer money do you suppose was used, and profit generated, by performing illegal abortions on underage girls who may have been raped? If it were up to PP or NAF, we would never know.
This should not be a partisan issue. Citizens on both sides of the aisle should be outraged at this abuse of power and disregard for the law. Unfortuantely, PP and NAF are the golden children of the Democratic Party, who would rather eat nails than say anything negative about their pet abortion mills. And, as long as it remains a partisan issue little will be done, as any effort by conservatives will be labeled "right-wing hysteria" or "playing politics."
As long as the left continues to protect it's favorite institution, it will use your tax dollars to circumvent the law on the side of child molestors...and even profit from it. And that, my friends, is your Democratic Party, controlled by the liberals, at work. Not on your side and certainly not on your children's side, but on the side of special interests that rape your wallet and clean up rape, free of charge or consequence, on your daughters.
